DOE Technical Support for Families
The DOE has a technical support form for families that have received a DOE ipad or DOE issues that the school cannot fix.
You can get support for apps and accounts, lost, stolen or broken devices, delivery status and more.

To make a ticket for technical support from the DOE, press the box below. Then go to the Green Box and press "Get Help Now." Scroll down to the orange box and click "Create a Support Ticket."
